Cryos API documentation - Requesting support

If you encounter any errors or bugs and haven't been able to resolve them yourself you can submit an issue by logging in an using the request issue form in the navigation bar - which will only be available if you have an account.

Before reporting an error, please consider whether the unexpected behavior could be caused by Cryos system being unavailable due to any of the listed issues under Errors section

Your description of the problem should include as much information as possible. We have provided a template you should follow:

Please note that you need to be logged in in order to send the request - after you have logged in head to the request an issue tab in the menu.

Description of the Issue:

  • "I want to do ..., so I requested ..., and I expect to get ..., but instead, I got ..."

Details of the Request:

  • URI, method, which API, and request body

  • The time down to the second when you sent the request to the Cryos API

  • Login UserID / ClientID

  • Where did you test: the online tool, Postman, or in your system

Please make sure to take screenshots of any relevant data. We are aware of sensitive information, so please cover up any sensitive data from your side.

Details of the Response:

  • The response body and response code

  • The time when you received the response

  • The X-Correlation-id in the Header of the response

The X-Correlation-Id is very important for us to locate your request in the backend. This works as the first step for troubleshooting. Think of it as a request identifier.
